Robert S. Lokken, 91, of Janesville died Thursday, March 17, 2011 at Beloit Health and Rehabilitation Center. Robert was born in Beloit on May 13, 1919, the son of Chris and Gena (Brubakken) Lokken. He married Martha Quade on April 12, 1952. She died May 10, 1994. Robert served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was employed as yard foreman at Marling Lumber Company for many years. Robert enjoyed traveling the back roads of Wisconsin.

Surviving are 1 niece Carol (Charles) Rose of Missouri, 3 nephews and a special friend, Bonnie Francis.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at Oak Hill Cemetery at 10 a.m.

John Francis will officiate. Military rites will be provided by Kienow-Hilt V.F.W. Post # 1621. For those attending service, please meet near front entrance of the cemetery off North Washington Street at 9:45 a.m. to be led to the grave.
